WHITEFOX Expands Across the Tasman: Australian Real Estate Network Unveils Second Office

WHITEFOX, the renowned Australian-based real estate network, proudly announces the opening of its second office in New Zealand.

Following the successful launch of its inaugural office in Queenstown just months ago, this expansion marks a momentous milestone for the company as it spreads its wings across the Tasman.

Since its establishment in 2017, WHITEFOX has swiftly risen to become one of the leading boutique agencies in Australia.

Now, with the introduction of their unique model to the Auckland market, the brand aims to extend its prominence and build a strong presence in key areas.

Marty Fox, the CEO and founder of the company, has a personal connection to New Zealand having completed his university education in Otago, where he met the current CFO of WHITEFOX, Rory Stumbles.

The desire to establish the brand here was motivated by a market gap, with the aim of implementing a distinct model and infusing the industry with enhanced personality. Mr Stumbles who originally hails from New Zealand is slated to return from Melbourne in the foreseeable future, ensuring a local presence and firsthand oversight of operations.

The company is confident that the region's breathtaking natural beauty will provide the perfect backdrop as they continue to deliver high-quality services and personalised experiences to their valued clients.

"The decision to expand into New Zealand has been a long-anticipated move for our company," reveals Jamie Graham, Marketing and Operations Manager of WHITEFOX. "We view this ambitious step as an opportunity to grow our reach while attracting the right individuals to our exceptional brand."

Evidently, there are clear synergies between the Melbourne market and certain markets in New Zealand, as demonstrated by the robust buyer interest from Melbourne investors. Mr. Graham believes that WHITEFOX's distinctive model presents a refreshing alternative to traditional franchise models, making it an appealing choice for those seeking a new and innovative approach to real estate.

"Our unique model has garnered significant interest," says Mr. Graham, emphasising the increasing demand for alternative solutions in the industry. "We have been approached by both agents and vendors who are seeking something different, and we are actively exploring key areas for future expansion."
