Frank Adlard - 23

Frank has been in the real estate industry for three and a half years, contributing to nearly 100 sales and earning the most five-star client reviews in his agency’s 40-year history. Recognised as a top rising star by the Daily Telegraph in 2023 and awarded the Raine & Horne Excellence Award, he has also played a key role in mentoring new associates and supporting community initiatives like the Biggest Morning Tea for cancer research. Adam Janda - 21

First National Real Estate Salisbury


Adam is making waves in the real estate industry. In less than a year, he has grown from zero listings in April 2024 to securing over 20 listings and achieving the 2024 First National Silver Criteria for gross commission.


Building his personal brand from the ground up, Adam has quickly gained traction in the market. Since joining Little Real Estate in May 2023, Cooper has introduced key operational improvements, including a streamlined Saturday property scheduling system and a weekly leasing report, enhancing team efficiency and communication. As the top-performing leasing consultant at the Carlton office, he has successfully leased over 200 properties this year. Cooper naturally stepped into a leadership role following structural changes within the company, mentoring new team members and ensuring seamless operations during periods of staff turnover.
