Reapit Unveils Data-Driven Revolution at Elevate '24, Transforming Real Estate Agency Tech with Golden Profile and Analytics + Launches




Data insights at the heart of Reapit's plan to elevate agency tech Leading PropTech provider Reapit revealed its latest product offerings at its first global event, Elevate '24. Elevate '24 represents the next significant leap forward for Reapit in equipping agents with all the tools they need under one roof to build thriving real estate and property management agencies.


Dominating the release was the clear theme around customer insights, which is set to transform agencies using Reapit's connected platforms. Elevate '24 announced the Reapit Golden Profile, a groundbreaking new feature soon to be released within the platform. The Golden Profile is set to revolutionise client lifecycle management by delivering a unified and complete 360-degree view of all client interactions and data across an agency. McGown explained:

Understanding your customers’ journey as a property seeker, tenant, owner, buyer, and seller allows you to have a different conversation with that client when an opportunity for a new listing or management arises.


This insight only comes from unifying your data meaningfully, which is the major theme of this release. "Leaders in real estate who harness these integrated data sources will drive growth within their markets as the data battleground intensifies."


Tighter referral management between property management and sales In addition to understanding the customer more deeply, managing and tracking inter-office referrals is a crucial growth activity within successful agencies.


Ensuring the right person within the business has the right conversation at the right time means that Reapit customers better serve their market and build long-term personal relationships between their agency and their customers. "Last year, we coined the phrase, ‘Never miss a sale from your rent roll, and never miss a management from your sales team.’ We've been busy digitising this process for our customers, and the results speak for themselves," said McGown.


The outcome of this development is already showing across agents' pipelines. Reapit has enabled more than $705 million in potential sales value since it launched its inter-department referrals earlier this year, allowing agents to bridge the gap between Reapit's platforms and their business's sales and property management arms.

The next step in agency intelligence With the upcoming release of Analytics+ in Agentbox, agencies using Reapit's platforms will be elevated to a new level of business intelligence. This capability focuses on delivering efficient and insightful reporting across sales, property management, and staff performance metrics, building on the existing data insights within Console Cloud.


The acceleration of enterprise-level reports in Console Cloud's Analytics+ is also set to provide powerful dashboards designed to track performance across offices and teams effortlessly. Benchmark reports will give value to head office operations with insights on how they can help their franchisees.
