Real Estate Today Expands with Launch of Real Estate Pulse

Real Estate Today New Zealand is proud to announce the launch of Real Estate Pulse, a new independent publication designed to bridge the gap between the real estate industry and the consumer market.

The announcement comes as Real Estate Today New Zealand celebrates its second anniversary, having firmly established itself as a trusted voice within the sector through expert commentary, market insights, and community-driven news.

Recognising the call from industry professionals for a more direct line to the consumer, Real Estate Pulse has been created to deliver clear, accessible, and credible property news to a broader audience.

The platform will serve not only to highlight the achievements of agents and real estate professionals but also to engage buyers, sellers, and investors with timely, relevant information.

Importantly, this launch is not about adding another media outlet to an already saturated market.

Rather, it builds on the foundations of trust, credibility, and integrity that Real Estate Today New Zealand has worked tirelessly to establish — offering a natural extension that strengthens the connection between the industry and the wider community.

"Having an independent third-party publication showcase the outstanding work of our industry is an important step towards closing the gap between real estate professionals and the public," said a spokesperson for Real Estate Today New Zealand.

"Real Estate Pulse will ensure the voice of the industry is heard by consumers in a way that is both authentic and engaging."

The concept for Real Estate Pulse first came to life after Bespoke Media Group CEO Nic Fren travelled across New Zealand, meeting with agents and industry leaders to better understand the needs at ground level.

"Like any good collaboration, listening is key," Fren said. "We’ve spent weeks — and in many cases months — going back and forth with professionals in the field, refining the balance, the look, and the feel of this new publication.

We believe we now have the right platform to genuinely connect the industry with consumers in a modern, meaningful way."

Parent company Bespoke Media Group, which has carefully crafted the now-international Real Estate Today brand across New Zealand, Australia, the Indo-Pacific, and India — with plans to expand to the United States in 2026 — believes the launch of Real Estate Pulse marks a critical step towards fostering a deeper, more engaged conversation between the industry and the consumer.

Fren added: "It's a simple formula. Our marketplaces want up-to-date, relevant information — and we have that in spades. It's just about ensuring the right vehicle is in place to get the education out there."

A cornerstone of Real Estate Pulse will be its active collaboration with agents, property managers, buyers’ advocates, and thought leaders across the sector.

The success of this new publication will rely heavily on the involvement of the industry itself.

Professionals are invited to contribute commentary and insights across key areas that consumer research identifies as top priorities, including:

  • How to navigate buying or selling in the current market

  • What drives property values in different suburbs and regions

  • Tips for preparing a property for sale to maximise value

  • Understanding interest rate changes and market cycles

  • Investment strategies for first-time and experienced investors

  • Renting versus buying: what consumers should consider

  • Property management advice for landlords and tenants

  • Common mistakes buyers and sellers make — and how to avoid them

  • Emerging trends shaping the real estate landscape

By contributing real-world advice and expert analysis, agents and industry leaders can help close the knowledge gap for consumers while strengthening their own brands and visibility.

Submissions are now open for agents, property managers, buyers’ advocates, and industry thought leaders who wish to have their voices heard.

Full contribution guidelines and editorial contacts can be aquired by reaching out to news@realestatetodayip.com

Adopting a digital-first strategy, Real Estate Pulse will feature real-time market updates, expert analysis, and practical advice for everyday New Zealanders, making trusted property information more accessible than ever before.

Partnership and advertising opportunities are also available for organisations aligned with the publication’s commitment to trust, relevance, and simplicity.
