Ray White New Zealand laces up to raise funds for RMHC

Ray White New Zealand members will walk, run, swim, and ride through March in order to raise much needed funds for Ronald McDonald House Charities as part of their House to House campaign.
Ray White New Zealand has been a proud supporter of RMHC NZ since 2007, and this is the second year the Ray White New Zealand network has participated in House to House as RMHC NZ’s official appeal partner.
Last year the group raised more than $120,000 for RMHC through the House to House campaign, but the hope is for 2025 to be Ray White New Zealand’s biggest fundraising year yet.
“At Ray White, we understand that home is more than just four walls, it’s where families come together, especially in challenging times. That’s why we proudly support RMHC NZ’s House to House challenge each year,” Ray White New Zealand chief agency officer Treena Drinnan said.
“Families should never have to worry about where they’ll stay when their child is in hospital, and RMHC NZ provides them with a home away from home when they need it most.
“As a business dedicated to helping people find their place to call home, we are honored to stand alongside RMHC NZ and help keep families close."
With 250 participants in 90 teams across the country, Ray White New Zealand regional engagement manager Alice Mackenzie said the group was an unstoppable force of fundraisers.
“We are incredibly proud to support Ronald McDonald House Charities through the House to House campaign,” Ms Mackenzie said.
“It’s inspiring to see so many of our members coming together to raise much-needed funds for families with a child in hospital.
“Giving back to our communities is at the heart of what we do, and this cause aligns perfectly with Ray White’s values of family, community, and connection.”
Friday is Ray White Match Day where Ray White will match any donation made on Friday dollar for dollar up to $40,000.
“We are so thankful to have Ray White on board again for this year’s House to House, which comes at such a critical time for us,” RMHC NZ CEO Wayne Howett said.
“With demand for RMHC NZ’s services surging, and funding not keeping pace, the charity is at risk of having to turn eligible families away.
“Without our essential service, many families wouldn’t be able to get their children the treatment they need.”
