Ray White New Zealand Celebrates Its 2024 Award Winners
More than 1300 people gathered for Ray White New Zealand’s annual awards at Spark Arena last night to celebrate and recognize the top offices and individual achievers from throughout the leading network.
The network was welcomed for the evening by singer Stan Walker and kapa haka group Ngā Puna o Waiōrea.
Ray White New Zealand CEO Daniel Coulson (pictured above) congratulated the network on their incredible achievements over the last 12 months.
“Represented by our 195-office network across New Zealand, we continue to strive for outcomes with our customers and clients through a deep understanding of the customer journey and experience,” Mr Coulson said.
“Your efforts have come at a time of lower volume and greater competition. These remarkable efforts are important to both acknowledge and celebrate.
“Our collective achievements have seen our market share lift to its highest position, which is now just shy of one in four residential sales across New Zealand.”
Ray White Group managing director Dan White (pictured above) thanked the network for another amazing year.
“Thank you all for being here among your peers and friends, it’s a pretty proud night,” Mr White said.
“In 2024 you all had to fight hard, it was a tough environment, but we learnt a lot about ourselves, a lot about our colleagues, and a lot about what’s important to us.
“In 2024 you showed us that you’re made of strong stuff, that you can remain strong regardless of the environment we’re in.”
For the tenth year in a row, the award for Office of the Year went to Ray White Remuera (pictured above), with Ray White Manukau in second place, followed by Ray White Howick.
Ray White Remuera director of sales and property management said he and principal Megan Jaffe couldn’t have done it without their team.
“The care and empathy that this team shows through their hard work and passion for their clients, during such a tough year, has really been emphasised by the growth and results they’ve all achieved personally,” Mr Farmer said.
“So this award tonight is for our whole team, well done everyone.”
The award for Number 1 Residential Salesperson went to Ray White Epsom agent Richard Thode (pictured above centre with his team and Ray White Group managing director Dan White, left, and Ray White New Zealand chief executive Daniel Coulson, right).
“I’m so happy to be standing up here with my team, I couldn’t have done it without them” Mr Thode said.
“A big congratulations to all the other winners tonight, you’re all top agents. I couldn’t have done it without watching all of you and striving to be better and better.
“For everyone who dreams of standing up here, it’s just a matter of believing in yourself and working hard for your vendors.”
This year’s CEO Cup was awarded to Laura Knox-Whyte from Ray White Kerikeri who represents Ray White’s values at the highest level.
Mr Coulson said Ms Knox-Whyte and her family had made a multi-generational commitment to Ray White.
“They have supported their members and community for many years - this year, however, the circumstances arose for Ray White to unlock an opportunity, which meant the onboarding of members from three offices of a direct competitor in their wider market,” he said.
“Laura’s response was simple. She offered to do whatever was in the best interest of the group and in turn helped us to unlock the entire area.
“Without her support, it would have been incredibly difficult, if not impossible to achieve.”
