Ray White City Realty Group Appointment a Milestone Towards Future Success

With more than three decades of experience in the real estate industry, Cameron Brain has begun an exciting new chapter as Director of Sales and Auctions for Ray White City Realty Group.

Cameron has spent most of his expansive real estate career with Ray White, most recently as Ray White City Realty Group’s Auction Manager.

Ray White City Realty Group is one of the largest Ray White groups throughout New Zealand, with four offices in Central Auckland, Sandringham, Mt Roskill and Wynyard Quarter.

Ray White City Realty Group director Daniel Horrobin congratulated Cameron on his new role.

“Cameron has been promoted to Director of Sales and Auctions because his real estate acumen, determination to achieve superior results and forward-looking attitude epitomizes what City Realty Group is all about.”

While Cameron will continue to propel Ray White City Realty Group’s auction success, he’ll now also be focused on improving their team’s already excellent training, both day-to-day and at conferences.

“I see my new role as a fantastic opportunity to ensure the growth I’ve spearheaded across the auction business extends across all areas of our business, helping drive even more impressive results in future,” Cameron said. 

As well as being passionate about maximizing the synergies across Ray White City Realty Group’s four offices, Cameron is a fitness enthusiast who typically starts each day with an ice bath, leaving him fresh and focused for the day ahead. 

Daniel said Ray White City Realty Group had just had its best month in some time. 

“Encouraging Loan Market reports have buyer pre-approvals for mortgages up 50 per cent compared to previous levels,” he said.“It’s the perfect time for Cameron to take up this pivotal new role, as we’re gearing up to enthusiastically grow with the improving market.”
