One Agency Co-Founders Paul and Annie Davies Visit to NZ Reinforces Commitment to Members & Growth


Co-founders Paul & Annie Davies of international real estate group One Agency, recently visited New Zealand as part of their expansion plan for the network.


According to Paul Davies, "It's such an important factor that while we have people on the ground in New Zealand, that people get to know who they are working with from a head office perspective."


The visit underscores the groups commitment to providing its members with the best possible service and support to help them grow and succeed in the competitive real estate industry.


One Agency has had quite the year in terms of innovation and media marketing.



In September, the network won the highly coveted award for the Best Social Media App or Tool, presented by the Social Media Marketing Institute of New Zealand & Australia.


The platform, created exclusively for the network assists One Agency members to not only get the most out of their social media, but also to have mentors in this space available.


More recently In 2023, CEO Paul Davies was recognised as one of the top 10 Innovators in the Australian real estate industry for the work the network has done to ensure all prospective buyers and tenants have an inclusive property search experience, with the introduction of a Mobility Friendly filter which the network added to their international site.



"We want to be at the forefront of the industry" says Mr Davies who expressed this project while being well needed & overdue, does give our members a competitive edge in their marketplaces.


With over 600 members throughout New Zealand, Fiji & Australia, the network is committed to providing its members with the best possible service and support to help them grow and succeed in the competitive real estate industry.


During their visit, Paul and Annie Davies met with existing members of the One Agency Network throughout the North & South island.


"We are excited about the potential for growth in New Zealand and are committed to supporting our members in the region," said Paul Davies. "Our visit has provided us with valuable insights into the local market and has reinforced our belief in the strength of our network and the value it provides to our members."
