New Zealand and Melbourne Sotheby’s Forge Joint Venture to Expand Presence
New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty and Melbourne Sotheby’s International Realty have formed a joint venture to strengthen their foothold in Victoria’s luxury real estate market.
The collaboration seeks to tap into Melbourne’s promising expansion, as projections show it leading in population growth across Australian states.
Mark Harris, Co-Founder and Managing Director of New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty, noted the notable prospects in Melbourne’s property market.
"This partnership is a strategic milestone for expanding the Sotheby’s International Realty brand throughout Australasia and the APAC region," Mr. Harris commented.
Rob Curtain, the leader of Melbourne Sotheby’s International Realty, will continue managing his Peninsula offices while extending the brand’s presence into central Melbourne and throughout regional Victoria.
“New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty has built an impressive legacy, rising from its early days to dominate New Zealand’s luxury property market,” Curtain said.
As part of this growth initiative, a new office in Toorak will open in central Melbourne, spearheaded by seasoned agents Antoinette Nido and Max Ruttner.
