New Ray White Blenheim Leadership Team

Ray White Blenheim is under new leadership as former principal Stu McLean passes the baton to Angela Bowers and Braden Stanton.

Angela and Braden will be taking over ownership of Ray White Blenheim alongside Angela’s husband Grant and Braden’s wife Rachel.

Both Angela and Braden have strong real estate backgrounds, as well as backgrounds in business ownership.

Angela owned a kitchen design and installation business before starting her career in real estate.

She was a salesperson for 11 years before taking over as branch manager and principal officer at Ray White Blenheim.

After completing a Bachelor of Commerce degree in valuation and property management, Braden has worked in different facets of real estate across the UK and New Zealand for the last 20 years, including owning his own property consultancy business for 10 years.

Angela and Braden were introduced to each other by the previous owner Stu, when he learned they both had an interest in taking over the business. “We realised we shared the same vision for how we can grow the business and both believed very strongly in investing in our people,” Angela said.

Braden said he was excited to join the Ray White family. “I am looking forward to owning and operating Ray White Blenheim with Angela and growing the business and supporting the team within the business.”

Angela said owning a Ray White business had always been a goal.

“My focus has been upskilling and being ready for when the opportunity arose,” she said.

“I love inspiring a team and ownership is the next step in being able to make a difference in people’s lives both in our team and our clients.”

Braden said he had been keen to get back into business ownership since he sold his previous business four years ago. “I love to help and see people grow in their chosen profession and see them become all they can be,” he said.

The team hopes to become the preeminent real estate business in Marlborough. “Our goal in the next 12 months is to become an attraction agency where people not only want to work with us but also work in the business,” Angela said. “We want to be known for having integrity in all that we do, from the way we treat people to how we do business.”

Ray White chief agency officer Treena Drinnan congratulated Angela and Braden on becoming the new owners of Ray White Blenheim.

“Ray White Blenheim was established by Stu McLean in 2021, where he became an asset to the Ray White family,” Treena said. “Stu could not have chosen a better team to succeed him as Angela and Braden take over ownership of the business. “I look forward to watching the Ray White Blenheim business continue to grow under Angela and Braden’s leadership. “Their combined knowledge and experience in both real estate and business ownership will continue to lead the business down the path of success.”
