Throughout her tenure, Jo has been a driving force behind Harcourts' strategic growth, including the expansion into Australia and the development of innovative real estate systems.

Her leadership has solidified Harcourts' position as a leader in the industry, with the Harcourts website remaining the most viewed real estate site in New Zealand.

Beyond her professional achievements, Jo has been a beacon of community engagement through her involvement with the Harcourts Foundation, the charitable arm of the company. She has also championed industry advancements by advocating for new regulations and standards.
