Harcourts New Zealand appoints Grant Henderson as Network Development Manager



Harcourts New Zealand is excited to announce the appointment of Grant Henderson as Network Development Manager.


In this pivotal role, Grant will be responsible for expanding Harcourts' presence in the Auckland region, while also leading and supporting the growth of our franchise network, focusing on enhancing both office and individual performance.


With over 30 years of experience in real estate management, including some time leading the Harcourts Cooper & Co – Milford team as their Branch Manager.


Grant is a proven people leader who brings a wealth of knowledge in residential and commercial real estate, property development and construction.


His strategic expertise and passion for delivering exceptional outcomes have helped countless clients and brands achieve success.


Grant is highly regarded for his ability to build and influence relationships with ease. Known for his exceptional communication skills, he excels at engaging teams and inspiring accountability to get the best results.


His unbridled enthusiasm and attention to detail ensure that he fosters an environment where everyone thrives.
