‘Dream team’ celebrates 40 years

One of the most successful real estate companies in Invercargill has just completed four decades helping customers finding their dream homes.

Professionals Invercargill is celebrating 40 years and branch manager and salesperson Shelley Henderson said the team felt very proud of such an achievement.

"Professionals have been helping our local community purchase or sell their homes for 40 years.

"It really is a dream team here, and our success over the years has proved that."

The company has helped countless customers throughout those decades and just in August alone, it has helped 42 customers buy or sell their homes.

"We have helped thousands and thousands of people purchase or sell homes.

"Families have used Professionals through the generations."

Mrs Henderson had been part of the team for 20 years and she believed one of the secrets of this success is their knowledge and exceptional service.

"As a team and a brand, we share core values that we live by every day for the benefit of our clients, our experience as a team and our highly valuable market knowledge.

"We are excited, enthusiastic, driven and energised to continue that for another 40 years."

The business was not only customer-driven but also ensured they could help and make a difference within their community, she said.

They are a sponsor for the Child Cancer Foundation and for every home they sell, they donate part to the charity.

On September 27, they will also be hosting a drive-through barbecue for Wig Wednesday at their office — all proceeds will be donated to the foundation.

"We take pride in living and giving in our local community."

This year Professionals Invercargill had a few changes and started to work under John Ross and Redcoats.

Mrs Henderson said they were an absolute legend in the real estate world and it was an honour and privilege to work with them.

However, their company would always continue to be Professionals Invercargill and have the same core values which drove the team.

"The future of Professionals Invercargill is in great hands now, and we look forward to continuing to provide the high level of real estate service that Southlanders have become accustomed to."

The friendly team at Professionals Invercargill was there to help with real estate needs, Mrs Henderson said.
