Century 21 Aus/NZ Expands into India and United Arab Emirates with New Franchise Rights

Century 21 Australia & New Zealand is pleased to announce the acquisition of franchise rights for Century 21 India and Century 21 United Arab Emirates (UAE).

This exciting expansion aligns Century 21’s operations across multiple key markets, providing seamless real estate services between the Australasian Region and these emerging markets.

This opportunity was initially presented over a dozen years ago, but at the time, the connection between the Australian & New Zealand market and these regions wasn’t as strong.

However, in recent years, a significant number of hard-working individuals from India, a country that shares a close bond with the UAE, have chosen to make Australia and New Zealand their home.

With these increasing ties, securing the franchise rights for India and the UAE has become a natural and strategic decision for Century 21.

The new franchise rights will foster an enhanced connection between property markets in the Australasian Region, India, and the UAE, allowing for smoother property ownership processes and greater opportunities for buyers and investors in these regions.

“We currently have teams on the ground actively working in India and the UAE, and our expansion plan includes offering the following regions in India as master franchise opportunities for entrepreneurial individuals and corporations,” said Century 21 CEO Charles Tarbey focusing on:

  1. Punjab

  2. Haryana

  3. Maharashtra

  4. Gujarat

  5. West Bengal

  6. Tamil Nadu

  7. Karnataka

  8. Telangana

  9. Kerala

This expansion is set to open doors for collaboration between Century 21 networks in Australia, New Zealand, India, and the UAE, providing a direct business relationship with a country like India, which boasts a population of over 1.417 billion. As the world's most populous democracy and an emerging global market, India presents an unparalleled opportunity for real estate development and investment.

Quinton Keyser, New Zealand Network & Growth Manager, shared his enthusiasm for this new chapter: “This expansion will open up new opportunities for network growth given the growing demand in the region.”

This strategic move is expected to bring numerous benefits to the Century 21 network in Australia and New Zealand, further strengthening its position in the global real estate market.
