23-Year-Old High Achiever Joins Harcourts West Realty

Selling a property off market for over 2 million dollars is something any real estate agent would be proud of, but to do that in their first year in the industry points to something special about that agent.

For 23-year-old Matthew Farrugia this was the first in what promises to be an outstanding career.

“I’m fairly young and energetic with an entrepreneurial background. Being 23 I guess I have definitely done a lot and achieved a lot in a short period of time,” says Mr Farrugia modestly.

Awarded Premier Agent of a large real estate firm for the last financial year, Mr Farrugia has just made the move into blue by joining the dynamic team at Harcourts West Realty.

“Being part of the Harcourts family is definitely a great move for me, and it has been really good so far!” continues Mr Farrugia.

Harcourts West Realty Director and Auctioneer Darren Lambert is only too pleased with the recent recruit.

“Matthew was Number 2 agent in Aintree this year. There’s no doubt in my mind he’ll be Number 1 in 12 months,” comments Mr Lambert.

“This is simply outstanding for someone just 2 years into a real estate career. We’re delighted to support his growth within the Harcourts West Realty family.”

A passionate sportsman in his spare time, Mr Farrugia points out: “I’ve played soccer for about 17 years and quite competitively for the last 10 years.

If it’s taught me anything, it’s that there might be a talented striker in the squad, but it’s definably teamwork that scores the goals.”

“I’m excited to meet more of the business owners and people from corporate, and grow with my team here at Harcourts West Realty.”
